I believe in value not cost so prices for this package are dependent on mutually agreed expectation of the value of the results we achieve. I work at a low day rate, with a bonus when targets are met. We will agree how these will be measured and timelines for their achievement.

You’ve got someone on your team earmarked as your future Operations Director or Chief Operations Officer but they are not quite there yet? This package is for you.

I will mentor your rising star hands on, acting as a nurturing second manager. I will work with them to solve your immediate operational challenges and provide them with the principles, tools and insights they need to become your right hand man (or woman).

Prices start from £150 a session, which typically involves a 90 minute Zoom call and follow up email correspondence.
